1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using AppReview AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this application.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

AppReview AI is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to ensure the app is reliable and useful, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any responsibility or liability for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from the use of AppReview AI.
• Any data loss, corruption, or security issues arising from the use of the application.
• Any incompatibilities with other software, services, devices, or operating systems.
• Any unavailable, incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate public App Store data, reviews, ratings, rankings, or third-party estimates.

You acknowledge that your use of the application is at your own risk and discretion.

3. Data Sources and Network Use

AppReview AI uses public and structured data sources such as Apple's Lookup API, App Store ranking feeds, and legacy review RSS feeds. These sources may change, return incomplete data, become unavailable, or behave inconsistently. Written reviews, rankings, and ratings are best-effort data and are not guaranteed.

AI review analysis runs on device through Apple's on-device intelligence when available. The app does not send review text to external AI services.

4. License and Payment

AppReview AI for Mac is downloaded directly from the AppReview AI website. The free version can be used before purchasing. AppReview AI Pro is sold as a one-time lifetime license through Lemon Squeezy for €19. There is no subscription and no recurring fee. After purchase, you may need to enter your Lemon Squeezy license key in the app to activate Pro features.

License activation and validation are handled through Lemon Squeezy. Payment processing, receipts, taxes, refunds, and license-key delivery are subject to Lemon Squeezy's checkout and merchant-of-record processes.

5. System Requirements

AppReview AI requires macOS 26 or later. AI analysis features require Apple Intelligence to be available and enabled on the Mac. If Apple Intelligence is unavailable, disabled, or unsupported in your region, language, device, or system configuration, AI analysis features may not work.

6. No Technical Support or Updates Guarantee

While we may release updates, bug fixes, compatibility improvements, or offer technical support, we are under no obligation to do so. The availability of updates, support, bug fixes, or feature enhancements is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will the creators or distributors of AppReview AI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the application after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
